Advance to Candidacy

Evidence of completed requirements must be on file in the Dean's Office before a student can advance to candidacy.  Students should prepare the following documents and obtain the necessary approvals:

1. Reduction of Credit Hours
2. Program of Study
3. Doctoral Advancement to Candidacy and Non-Coursework Requirements
4. PhD Dissertation Form 2: Proposal Defense
