This capstone experience will introduce students to the process of conducting original sociological research. Students will collect, analyze, and write-up research data to answer both qualitative and quantitative questions about the social world. This class will emphasize a learning-by-doing approach to best prepare students to conduct independent research. This course is a Research Synthesis Course and fulfills the Mason Core Requirement for Capstone.
