Bradley W. Williams, a sociology PhD student, has recently been appointed as one of six graduate editors for The Southern Sociologist, the publication of the Southern Sociological Society. Here is what he said about his new position:
I am responsible for inviting members of the sociological community to submit information about their recent publications so that we can include them in TSS. In future editions, I will be inviting academics and practitioners to submit information about other important accomplishments, such as recent prizes, awards, fellowships, nominations, grants, promotions/tenure, and new jobs. I am very excited about working with the editorial staff and contributing to the sociological community!
The Department of Sociology and Anthropology congratulates Bradley on this great honor and thanks him for his service to the profession.
