SOAN welcomes Professor Emir Eteria, Open Society Institute Teaching Fellow from Tbilisi, Georgia. Professor Eteria teaches international political economy and international economics at both Sokhumi State University and Caucasus University. During his year-long visit, he aims to research the economic and political dimensions of globalization and the influence of globalization on the national economy to enrich his current course content, especially that taught at Sokhumi State University, which is currently a "university in exile" in Tbilisi.
