On Wednesday, September 26th, the Institute for Immigration Research at George Mason University will host Neil Ruiz from the Brookings Institution who will present a regional analysis of the H-1B visa program, highlighting how foreign-born skilled immigrants in the United States contribute to the country's metropolitan economies.
