The DCSS Annual Awards Banquet is always a lot of fun. Meet your colleagues from around town. This year’s presenter, Dr. Ron Manderschied, is the 2011 recipient of the DCSS Stuart Rice Career Achievement Award.  He is the Executive Director of the National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors.  Other award winners will also be announced.
