Andrea Rutan, who was the recipient of this year's Outstanding Graduate Student in Sociology award, also received an award from the International Journal of Zizek Studies. The 2 awards for best graduate student papers were presented recently at the annual Zizek Studies conference, where Andrea presented work from her MA thesis.
